A little bit about my process:

I experimented with work flow in this jam to create the ambience, and here's what was going on.

 The Launch Control XL is used to control plugins which act here as an alternative to analogue processing I'd be able to do on the fly in the studio. Paired with my microphone and electric guitar, this meant I was able to perform rich vocal dips and rises through the FX and into the DAW in real-time. The launchpad provided a surface to trigger recording within the performance view of ableton, giving me flexibility around testing out different ideas on the fly.
